Why aren’t companies getting more impact for their leadership development efforts? The latest research suggests it’s likely because many leadership development efforts overlook a specific attribute that is foundational to how leaders think, feel, learn, and behave – their mindsets. It is, therefore, very important to prioritize mindset development for leadership effectiveness and growth.

Although leadership competencies and skillsets are crucial, they’re only part of the equation.
